for anyone following this "foggy brain" "narcolepsy" problem i have been writing about for a year now, the pharmacist gave the green light to reduce 3.0 mg K to 2.0 mg K (now that it has only been taken for a couple of years)- re my friend's treatment. My assumption is that with imipramine at max, it has been the cause of the problem , after much speculation about Serzone liver damage, etc. The pharmacist sounded very with it.
Wish me luck (interactions are so important). I'm advising a really slow taper in time at least.
