Melatonin safe to take with SSRI? Also i take dex

I am taking paxil, dexedrine, and just started omega 3 fatty acids (which seem to make my head burn up a little).

i need something for sleep because whenever i look forward to something i can never get enoigh sleep and always takes me long to fall asleep too.

melatonin safe with these?

I've taken ca. 0.1-0.3 mg of melatonin an hour before bedtime before with Paxil and Xanax and had no problems. Taking the 1-3 mg as usually suggested was way too much for me and would leave me tired the next morning-so I'd suggest starting with just a piece of a melatonin tablet. I also found differences between brands of melatonin, so you might consider that, too..
