I dont know why i did it this way,but here is a file,in a screen shot speaking about parnate and a up regulation on gaba,i was unaware that it even effected gaba at all.
Its a screen shot, but definatly large enough to read,im at awe where this site gets its information, its so much, and it seems to be similiar so it doesen appear its a collection of various work, rather comming from a single place.

GABA-B is somewhat different than GABA-A. The structures and ions that surround it are different, and the main drug that acts on it is baclofen, not benzodiazepines.

Isnt GHB one that acts on the opposite receptor of benzos.

> Yeah i remember hearing this, but isnt both A-B involved in sedation or anxiety relieaf, the benzo one obviously more so.GABA-A has its own receptor subtypes (4 main ones exemplified in GABA-BZ, benzodiazepines involved in varying amounts of sedative-hypnotic, anaesthetic, anxiolytic, and anti-spasmotic responses). GABA-B primarily has one agnonist, baclofen, although it is thought that it could be a site for pain modulation

> Isnt GHB one that acts on the opposite receptor of benzos.Yes, GHB acts on its own receptor as well as GABA-B.
