A no-no ? I'd like to know your experience about pepperoni..

Is it aged ? Bad reaction anyone ?

BTW, if you miss my other post: Pizza with Mozarella and provelonone is OKAY with a MAOI ! :D But for pepperoni I, as you can see, don't know ..

I suffered my only tyramine reaction after eating a few bites of pepperoni pizza. I had never had a reaction to plain pizza made at the same pizzaria. I experienced the classic occipital headache that throbs and pounds with every heartbeat.

Crap.

Pepperoni is now on my "do not eat" list until I get solid information on it. I gotta find that 1999 Sunnybrook study. My guess is that pepperoni can vary widely in tyramine content depending on how it's made and how long it's been in storage.

Just... aw, crap.

Still dedicated to the prospect of Parnate, but more than a little disappointed

Hi Caedmon --

What's up about Parnate ? You are in a trial and it doesn't make the cut ?

I won't start Parnate until a few weeks from now.

I'm disappointed that I won't be able to have pepperoni.
