It's been awhile..sure hope he's doing better. Worries me though, has he not been here because he's better, or because he's worse?

>Hi Tep,
I'm so glad your finally feeling better. Keep taking the Xanax, and yes you can take more, the ave. dose is 4.0 mgs a day. I'd say you need more than the average dose right now. Some docs go as high as 10 mgs a day. Use it bud, and please use it instead of the alcohol.
Don't mean to be a nag, but drinking 10 beers, with the Nardil and Xanax is not a good idea. At most 2 a day should be okay. But remember, Alcohol is a DEPRESSANT...so this could be why your not doing very well today. Use Xanax which also is an anti-depressant, don't use alcohol. Might be time to raise the Nardil too...ask Ace. Hang in there bud, you're stronger than you think! I'm proud of you Tep.Your friend, Tyler

> Your friend, TylerHi dear Tyler, I have stopped drinking . Well I haven´t do it since Sunday . I feel very sedated with the Xanax and Im only take 2mg per day. sometimes I feel it helps with my fear. Maybe I should try a higher dose. I would like to know is this drowsiness is gonna dissapear. Im also afraid of dependance.
I know its imspossibel to be a normal person from one day to antoher, I know its gonna take time but I wish I could be more prosocial when Xanax help me a little . There is also the money issue, I need more money to increase My nardil an xanax dose. I believe I am a mess in my interviews and also in my psycometrics tests . I have to accept it , its difficult to be hired by a company when you are a depressed quiet shy personTake care budy

Hi Tepi
>Comparating this time with 5months ago when I used to take , I have no sexual desire in this moment and a little bit of imsomnia too
Try not to worry about the loss of libido. It's not your main problem at the moment. I would recommend that you increase your dose to 60mg as soon as you feel ready. You could take 15mg four times a day or 30mg twice a day.
>Eddy , do you believe it would be better to takr Xanax XR than the normal one?
I believe it would be more convient (ie. less doses per day) but more expensive.
Greetings
Eddy
