I had a job interview and I couldn´t resist so I take another beer dude. Tomorrow I have another one very early, so Im gonna take one beer before the interview again ! . Im sorry I need a quick relief
because a job is very important
rigth now.Im also changin from Klonopin to Xanax , I did this in the afternoon . I only took 0.5mg of xanax .I felt calmer in the afternoon . I was also very sleepy. Im planning to reach the 2mg of xanax mate. Im a little scared about withdrawal symptopms is xanax does not work properly .
I think that after 3 weeks on Nardil I have returned to my previous state , the one I had when I sttoped taking Nardil some months ago. I still have a very difficult life. I don´t like it, I need a change dude, Im not happy.
The suicide thougths are dissapearing, this started since yesterday. The tougths that my life sucks are still here.

Tep, glad to hear from you! I think it is definitely starting to work but you are giving the beer all the credit. Why don't you try to just go without the beer? If the Nardil is kicking it you don't want to masking the good stuff with alcohol. Plus Phillipa is right about the xanax and the beer. Bad idea. Just try for a few days to let the meds do their jobs. :-)

Their is no 'placebo' effect with Xanax -- it chills everyone out and reduces anxiety. At first it made me sleep big time and then after a couple of weeks most of the sedation went and the anti-anxiety effect stayed! Great!!! Freedom!!!

Tep -- I'm always here for you....so stay fighting and ask me any question....BUT PLEASE stay on NArdil -- take it the same time everyday and go to 90mg for 10-12 weeks. Please just try this.

You probably can't tell that much, but we can tell by your most recent posts you are definitely doing better! Keep listening to Ace..he's a smart dude. And you know JH, Jan, and I are always here for you also. Just from personal experience, next time you feel you need a beer, take a little extra xanax, it will work similar to the beer but much better...it'll melt away most of your anxiety and social phobia. Stay strong my friend, I'm proud of you...And keep taking the Nardil.Tyler

I went to the interview in the morning. I didn´t use a beer. I still had a good effect of the xanax a took yesterday. I was not very talkative, I just have a mind free of bad thougths, I was focused. Unfortunately this only last for a little bit. So I take again another .5mg of Xanax today, nothing good happened and I got very bad, very dissapointed. I was wainting to feel good again, but no. So itake again another 0.5 mg and nothing good happen !!. This is very dissapointing. All my life I have have this characteristic of only have a good effect from a drug the first day , and then the next is a hell.
I experimented the same on xanax , I could felt as calm as yesterday. Do you think I need more time on xanax? , I have heard tha benzos work very fast, it doesn´t matter if I wait one day or one week.. Can you live with your parents for a time until you get better?
I can´t ace. I only need this fear to let me live. I need to work, my dad is broke I have to work so I can eat

I feel a little better, just like in the past years. it still sucks Ty . I need something different
Keep listening to Ace..he's a smart dude. And you know JH, Jan, and I are always here for you also. I totally understand how you feel, you need a job yet you're not capable of working at this time. What if you took some time off and lived with your parents for awhile? Is this a possibilty? Or maybe got a job where you didn't have to be around people all day long? Remember, if they call you back and you just can't do it right now, Don't take the job. I hope I didn't give you bad advice, you say you need a job yet you can't handle it right now. My hope is that you can stay with your parents or a relative/friend and just concentrate on getting well...you've been very sick. Keep praying about it, and I will pray about it also. that would be perfect , althought it is diffcult to find some kind of job like this. There is always the necesity to interact with people. I wish I could be norma to work anywhere

It would be hard to do this , however it would be harder to work in this condition . What do you think if I wait until they fire me? . When they realize that I can´t do the jobEy a very important company call me today for another interview. I can´t believe this. This is one of the best around here. that the more days you take it the better are
the results?I have been on xanax now 1.5mg day . I dont feel as ood at the fist day I took it. that is classicalin me. it only work for the first day .
I reach this dose today but nothing good happen,
I only felt very sleepy, and again a drank one

Hi Tep,
Since you do need a job real bad, you could take the job, do the best you can and if it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out. In the meantime you'll continue to get better from the Nardil and the Xanax.
Please be careful with the alcohol Tep. I did the exact same thing that you are doing, started with one or two beers before social events, etc. by the time I was 30 I was an alcoholic...I drank off and on for about 15 years, almost losing my marriage..a lot of crap happened because of my drinking. Finally at age 45 I got sober and have been for 2 years. Alcohol doesn't mix well with psychotropic drugs either...most don't work when combined with alcohol. Anyway, I don't want you to have to go through all that.Your friend,

> benzos dont help me. well not yetI think you're on too low of a dose..especially considering your current problems. The sleepiness should pass with time. I would experment with taking more to see if that helps.
Try it for a couple weeks at higher dose and if it still doesn't work there are other benzo choices. For me, Ativan has been a god send, when nothing else helped me ativan always did especially in social situations. Ask Ace, see what he thinks. Take care bud.Tyler
