Yes i have just started Xanax 4 mg (1mg X 4 daily) i've noticed some diffrence than the Clonazepam, one thing is for sure "im not depressed".
At night I take Restoril (temazepam) 30mg, and it usally suppresses panic attacks but not to the far extent.
I dont know much people here take Restoril.
Does anyone see a diffrence. Well temazpeam has hypnotic properties. I've taken one time at a party where i couldnt drink, so i felt drunk exepth with out side effects ROFL
Anyways,
I dont know if anyone here takes Restoril?

> MattBe careful of xanax, it does have anti depressant properties and it's excellent for panic attacks but it's so addictive and quite hard to come off, have you considered valium for panic, it doesn't give you the euphoric high like xanax and you don't have to keep taking it all day, just a suggestion. By the way temazepam doesn't do jack for me except sit up and chew peoples ears off till they bleed, it just makes me really chatty and not sleepy at all. Paul

I've taken restoril and it made me sleep a night or two. Ambien doesn't do anything for me. Strangely the thing that makes me sleep most is xanax xr. The regular kind doesn't do that to me at all.
I wake up with panic attacks too...not fun at all.
I read a zonky new age book that said to make friends with your anxiety/fear and welcome it. so I say welcome back my old friend panic and trace the outlines of the physical sensations in my body, the big cold dread and the hollow limbs etc and I guess it does become familiar and desensitizes me and there's always a nice soft xanax under the tongue...I leave them in a humid place and soften them up for times like this to feed to my "friend"
You're taking a lot more xanax than I am but I never increased or became dependent but I decided not to take them every day because I was afraid i would.
