I have put in the past when i am nervous about something, i go into this amphetamine-adrenaline mode. It makes me feel safe and ready. I feel powerful.
I have selfprojected images of myself that i see which somewhat relates to what is happening, and have a defense.
They die down, so its not exactly a "real" manic episode, its in one day, actually everyday, usally at around 6:30-7:00 PM. And dies down. But i can still activate it anytime. I think maybe its a panic attack.
What else is there to say
Matt

Matt, you might want to keep busy at this time of day. Maybe it will help. Fondly, Phillipa

My 2 cents. Sounds like an adrenaline dump. Try what some cops do when they are withdrawing from dumps -- drink a lot of coffee and eat donuts. No kidding.

I know exactly what you are saying. I feel that many times what a doctor has called a manic episode in me, was just a bad panic attack caused by too much being asked of me.

High stress levels resulting from being asked to do too much overwhelm a lot of people including myself and this in turn leads some that are vulnerable to panic attacks. Fondly, Phillipa
