I am switching to Zoloft from Paxil... I am doing it this way... I am going dropping down 10 mgs of Paxil and adding in 25 MGS of Zoloft, the PDOC says this is fine, I am planning on decreasing the paxil and incorporating the zoloft every 3 weeks.... is this too slow or too fast?

Whenever I have come off of an SSRI I always taper, but to swich from one to another, I have found that doing it in a day has been the most painless.
I swiched from 20 celexa to 50 zoloft in a day, and then I fine tuned.
Your approach will certainly not hurt, but I think that within the same drug class, you could get away with a faster swich.
