i have quit my effexor xr 150mg cold and tomorrow will be my 3rd day and i feel better? i had dropped to 75 and decided to get back on 150 but i realized that ive felt pretty bad lately and quit(knowing that i can hit bottom and this is not recommended)can really only help me feel better at this point. i have also done some deep searching into what makes me unhappy and decided to change only what i can. i have been sooooo scared of everything since i was raped and i have decided to take MY life back RE: that.(thanx tinman)I know that severe depression runs in my family but my anxiety usually keeps me so locked in that i become depressed????please let this ok feeling continue-i will need ya'lls support now more than ever-love Carolina
