Does anyone actually take Niravam? I've never heard anyone mention it. Niravam is an orally disintegrating formulation of alprazolam (Xanax). I bet it's really expensive. Could be useful for the treatment of acute panic attacks I suppose.

Ed, when I saw my pdoc last this must be the xanax she asked if I wanted to try. She said it was like a wafer you put on your tongue. Here I was saying I'm depressed and she says "do you want to try this xanax" Maybe I'm not depressed and that's why the luvox isn't working. Fondly PJ O

Hi PJ!
Are you anxious? Niravam might be useful to treat a panic attack. Since you're on Valium, you wouldn't need to take it regularly.
RE Luvox.....
You can't say it's not working! You need to give it several weeks before you come to that conclusion :-)
