no i dont, she doesnt know aswell, u get the picture? i really miss her
anyway im on zyprexa now and the eye rolling is worse atm and blinking, im so tired off this madness happening to me, i tryed to break my own foot in name of love but i failed of course, now im suffering from panic attacks, im a fool
i have a question about the lecithin, i dont know how to take 7500 mg in its granule formit sais: serving size 1 heaping tablespoon (7900 mg)
servings per containerit sais: take one heaping tablespoon twice daily
im sorry but i tryed to run translation on the word tablespoon, is it a coffee spoon or a spoon where you eat soup with?and how much do i need to put in that spoon to be 7500 mg.. if i take it once in a spoon is it 7500 mg or 50%
it sais it has 50 servings? i mean of what??? i only see granule form and no dosage for each dayi hope you can help me with this

Hi J!
>tablespoon, is it a coffee spoon or a spoon where you eat soup with?
A tablespoon is larger than a soup spoon. A tablespoon is the sort of spoon used to serve food. A tablespoon holds three times a much as a teaspoon (a teaspoon is the sort of spoon used to make coffee).
>and how much do i need to put in that spoon to be 7500 mg
One heaped tablespoon = 7500mg. A heaped tablespoon means that you have to fit as much lecithin on the spoon as you possibly can.
>it sais it has 50 servings? i mean of what??? i only see granule form and no dosage for each day....
I think it means that there is enough lecithin for 50 doses (ie 50 heaped tablespoons). Since you have to take one spoonful in the morning and one spoonful in the evening, there is enough lecithin to last you for 25 days.

Sorry to interrupt, but I'd like to redirect follow-ups regarding lecithin to Psycho-Babble Alternative. Here's a link:

Hi J,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had to be admitted to hospital but I'm glad to hear you're getting treatment. Panic attacks are awful, I know.
Do you think you will start Seroquel? It seems that your panic attacks are not related to Seroquel. Seroquel could make you feel better and help your eye symptoms :-)
>they suggest 3 month therapy
What sort of therapy will you be having?
Kind regards,
Ed.PS. I'm glad you've got internet access in hospital!

good news, i think the zyprexa is improving my eye symtpoms
ive read anti psychotics can mask symtoms of TD
the only thing that bothers me is taking AMANTADINE to not gain weight on zyprexa
please advice, i once took 100 mg for 7 days
my plan is to take 100 mg twice a day to stay on my same weight while on zyprexa

Hi J!
>good news, i think the zyprexa is improving my eye symtpoms...
:-D
>please advice..
I think you should take 100mg once daily. I don't want you to risk side effects by taking a higher dose. You did well when you took 100mg/day before.

Hi J,
>insomnia, energy (i hope not too much)
diziness, a bit euphoria also i think.......Try taking the amantadine first thing in the morning to reduce the risk of insomnia.
>also my psy doc put me on Clorazepate.....
Is it helping your anxiety? Tranxene might also reduce your blinking. What dose are you on?
>any danger combining clorazepate with
amantadine?No :-)

Don't worry, if you do gain weight on Zyprexa there are other treatments as well as amantadine that you can try :-)

Dear Jeroen,
I think you're back in hospital now. I think you have computer access though so you'll be able to stay in touch :-)
How much do you weigh? Perhaps you need to change your diet. What is the food like in hospital? If you are very overweight you could try orlistat (Xenical)- you'll still need to eat a healthy diet though!
I hope there are some nice people in hospital. Perhaps you will be able to make some good friends there :-)
Kind regards,
Ed.
