Anyone know or have a link comparing the different TCAs as to how much they affect serotonin vs norepinephrine. Thanks. Cecilia

Hi! I tried to find a site that had that kind of info. on the tricyclics, but most sites (even ones for professionals) just list them. The promo webpage for Tofranil-PM, www.tofranilpm.com (I think) has a chart somewhere; its not terribly impressive, but it does have the TCAs plotted, x-y axis style, in accordance with their effects on the two neurotransmitters.

www.preskorn.com/books/ssri_s3.html
Has a chart that lists some of the TCAs and SSRIs(p.4), that's the best I have been able to find.
Wish someone compiled a list for all drugs similar to this...should send this Dr. Preskorn an email!
