Jereon; my computer is not working right and I am not getting any mail. I just found this Thread again, now. The seroquel sounds like it's helping you. Listen to Ed. He's an expert. But, you need a pdoc. You are Young, and something besides a mental disorder could be wrong with you. Not bad things, but for instance an over-active thyroid gland, hormones out of wack, etc. As for your friend not having time for you, when someone falls in love often they forget their friends for a while because they only can think of the one they love. Things will get better. Keep Posting, and start a new Thread so I can find your Posts. Fondly, Phillipa

Hi J,

>but the spasms are worse.

It's much too early to evaluate the effect that Seroquel is having on the spasms, once you're on a higher dose you'll hopefully notice some improvement :-)

>too much people hate me and dont care about me

What about your family? I'm sure your family loves you. Who do you live with?

Jeroen, which antidepressants have you taken apart from Sipralexa? Please tell me.

Ed.

Hi J,

I think you should start keeping a diary (every day) of your eye symptoms while you're taking Seroquel. This way, you can monitor the effect that Seroquel has on your symptoms. Keeping a diary will help you to find the lowest effective dose of Seroquel. What do you think?

Hi,

>i am having too much problems atm, i need to go to the police because of the girl, i called her today and she wasnt happy!

Why do you have to go to the police? Did you call her in the middle of the night? Did you say something aggressive?

Good luck,
Ed.

Are taking the 25mg at night only? If so, maybe split one and take l2.5mg in the morning too. See how you feel. You really need to stop playing doctor and start seeing a real one. There may be a lot of knowledge on PBabble, but we can't talk to you in person and see you. We also are not doctors, and neither are you. You also are reacting too strongly toward this girl. You will drive her further away. Maybe she sees how anxious you are, and this scares her. I know this makes you unhappy that she doesn't seem to want you but give her some time and space. This will enable you to concentrate on number one getting a real doctor, and number two getting a medication working so your symptoms go away and you feel better. I want what's best for you. You still have not told us who you live with and where are your parents?. I care. Fondly, Phillipa

Hi J,

>my doctor diagnosed me with tardive dyskinesia, not blepharospasm, anyway its a cramp of my eye muscles

Tardive blepharospasm is a type of tardive dyskinesia.

>even if its strabasmus and blepharospasm can seroquel cure the strabismus?

I think Seroquel has a good chance of reducing your symptoms. I can't promise a permanent cure though, the symptoms might come back if you came off the Seroquel.

You are NOT a loser :-)

Now don't go getting upset because Ed said it would not cure you. I have been taking meds for over 30 years, and my liver is fine, and I've not had any side effects that didn't go away. You need to take the seroquel, and you said you saw a doctor. Did he suggest you do anything other than take the seroquel? Did you tell him you were taking seroquel? If you did how much did he tell you to take, and how often? And, no, you are not a loser. If you're a loser than all of us are also. And we don't think we are. Fondly, Phillipa

Jeron, Phillipa, Ed-uk et all --
Failures are not final unless you make them that way. Another good little saying that I like is "Don't quit five minutes before the miracle" Also, I am pretty certain that strabismis is a congenital condition (from birth) that can be corrected by fairly simple surgery. Where as EPS is aquired from some antipsychotics, especially the older ones, and TD while probably permenant is no way near fatal. Benadryl or Vistaril worked for me for EPS --but again, check with your physician first.
Andddddddd.........as for Seroquel, I switched to that from Zyprexa about four years ago and liked it much better. I didn't gain as much weight on it for one thing. I was last taking Seroquel, 50mgm at bedtime but (with my doctors permission)would occasionaly take 25mgm in the AM and 25mgm at bedtime -- worked for me for even heavy duty anxiety... GH
