I ran out of Trileptal tonight...only had half of my usual dose...can I take extra, or should I take extra Klonopin just to make sure I don't have a seizure or don't totally destabilize? Or would it even do anything to help that?

Please do take a little extra Klonopin and, more importantly, get a refill very, very soon. If you go to long without a therapeutic dose of Trileptal, you could have a bad, bad seizure...its kind of like barbiturate withdrawal in that sense. Good luck!
