I am now 8 weeks into 60 mg of Cymbalta (which I take in the morning). On some days, more lately, I seem to feel a uncomfortable amount of pressure that feels like a vice around my brain and I have a heightened sense of anxiety that makes me feel quite uncomfortable. It seems to be worse later in the day. Is this stress or could be related to the medication? Any thoughts?

How is your blood pressure? I had to go back to 60mg from 90mg of Cymbalta because it raised it too high.

I know that feeling and I am not sure what it is either. I assume it is anxiety. It feels very similar to feelings I had prior to Effexor (3 years ago)
I am on week 3 of Cymbalta. It seems I have good and bad days on this med. Yesterday was decent. Today is worse.
