please, if any one knows of anthing to help with the withdrawl of effexor, i would love to know. i tapered off over 3 weeks (including even emptying out half of the 37.5s for a few days) and am now on day two of not being on it. i feel horrible I cry all the time becuase i feel so bad phsyically. i just want it to go away. how long does this last??? please help

Please see my post to you above in another thread. I got through this ok. You can too! Also in addition to my advice above, I wanted to add that people have reported some success with Benedryl. Hang in there.Kara
