I'm on Cymbalta 60mg and Wellbutrin XL 150mg. Every day, I find I need a nap. I know, Wellbutrin is supposed to be activating, and I do get a bit wound up, but the sleepiness is starting to drive me nuts.
Anyone else experience this? Or am I just weird? Or are those two things totally unrelated? :-D OK, so just answer the first question. I know I'm weird.
Thanks!

You may need to increase it to 300mg or 450mg, but wait for a while until you go that high.
You will notice more mental alertness at 450mg, it also makes things more intesting.
The only thing bad about 450mg for me is i cant not take a nap in the day, it wont let me, i close my eyes but nothing happens i dont get that feeling you get before you go to sleep. I can sleep at night when it where's off.
Talk to your doctor about slowly increasing.
Best of luck.

Why don't you try discontinuing the Cymbalta for a day to see if it is the culprit. You may not need it. It has a relatively short half-life, so you should get your answer quickly.

I was really tired on WB for the first three weeks, then I felt great for about four weeks, then it caused increasing anxiety to the point I had to discontinue it.
This is the end of the thread.
