Can Strattera be used for those symptoms?
If yes, then how long should one take it to receive positive effects?
How about Reboxetine? How does it differ from Strattera?

Yes it has and can be used to treat those symptoms. I'd probably go with Strattera since it has proven itsel clically for this. Not sure if reboxetine has or not.
Let me know if you have further ?s. I currently take adderall for anti-depressant induced amotivation and apathy.
