Hello Ms. C!

I'm no expert, but it does sound like one to me. When I've had them before, my vision gets fuzzy, my ears start ringing, my body gets rigid, I start feeling strangely disassociated and sometimes have trouble moving. I've been fortunate myself in that it's been a while since I've had one (thanks to my medication, I'm sure). The worst part is that I feel like I have no control while it's going on.

Definately was a panic attack. Sometimes medication doesn't work, or can cause a panic attack too. Depends how you're feeling or what your body is up to. I know if I have caffeine or too much sugar, that triggers a panic attack. Sometimes the meds make me feel wierd, or give me a rush of emotions.

When I get them, everything turns white and patchy, and I feel like I'm in a tunnel or on a roller coaster ride. I get hot and cold sensations all over my whole body, and shake like crazy and get super cold.
