acetylcholine

too much acetylcholine can cause depression . I find anticholinergics are great for my mood but they make me stupid and right out of it. But I need them or I am depressed.

What do you use? I was thinking of trying Akineton (biperiden). How would you describe your depression? Are you bipolar?

High dose lecethin, a cholinergic precursor, made me very depressed.
