advice on SSRI withdrawal

I am finally off the Zyprexa and that almost killed me. Now I am going off the Lexapro. Is there any advice for supplements or anything that could be good for SSRI withdrawal. THanks

Try Prozac when tapering down on Lexipro, it helped me. I was going through a horrible withdrawal, brain zaps, sleepy, etc. The pdoc prescribed Prozac and it took away the symptons and now I'm off Prozac after a month and they have gone away.
