Sandikay,
I have been on 10mg.of lex for 6 months & was very sleepy in the beginnig. At 5 months I was ready to throw the towel in but was reading all the posts on lex & found it does subside. As for the constipation I also have that & Dr. told me to take milk of mag-it took care of the problem. Give the lex time. I feel great on it. I take mine in the morning. I hope I was able to answer your questions.

Hi! The first 2-3weeks on Lexapro can be hell! You have to hang in there, it takes from 6-8 weeks to feel the full effect of the medication.
You are not experimenting the worst side effects. Consider yourself lucky.
