I started Lexapro 10 mg about eight weeks ago. I have been generally satisfied with the results, and had few side effects in the beginning. At about week six, I developed muscle and joint aches-- nothing too bad, but annoying. Has anyone else had delayed onset of side effects? I thought most side effects occurred in the first 1-2 weeks of treatment. Thanks.

Hi! Are you sure those aches are caused by the Lexapro? Could it be something else? Have you been under a lot of stress?
