I have been on Effexor XR {have been on 75mg for half that time} for a week and a half, and I nap almost every day. I decided to take the Effexor at night about 4 nights ago along with all of my Trileptal {I used to split the dose as directed}, but today I just took a nap when my Provigil was supposed to peak {I take 75-100mg}.
I have noticed much better sleep since dropping Wellbutrin XL 300mg, and my deep depressive pangs have been disappearing. My therapist said I seem more spontaneous.
All serotonergic drugs make me sleep more, so I want to know what else I can do to get more energy?
Should I ask for more Provigil next time? Is 75mg-100mg not enough?
I usually sleep 7-8 hours a night, and now I am at 8.5 hours a night minus the hour long nap during the afternoon.
