I'm about to start a course of Lexapro, but from what I've read it has many of the side effects I've been trying to avoid (drowsiness, anorgasmia). In my reading I ran across some references to milnacipran suggesting that it could be at least as effective as SSRIs without all the typical SSRI SEs.
Has anyone had experience with milnacipran? What's it like in terms of drowsiness, sexual side effects?
Thanks.

I never had drowsiness on any, so I can't say for that.
Maybe Milnacipran can cause sexual side effects in less people, but it also does it!Good luck!
