What is hemisphere realignment supposed to do?
Or has it a different effect on everyone.

It has a similar effect to eye movement therapy. Essentially, if you listen to it long enough, it can mimic REM sleep which seems to ballence the activity of the left and right hemispheres.

> Linkadgewell I only listened for a couple of minutes, but it seemed to stop the "noise in my head" for a while. Perhaps I'd been trying to do that instinctively by listening to loud rock lately at night...but this seemed much more effective.
I not sure if it was a coincidence or not ..or placebo etc..that's why I was wondering what the balancing of the hemispheres is supposed to achieve.
It would help if it did always calm down the noise.<g>
