anyone get physical withdrawal effects

Hi,

I just got off of 7 years of lithium and it's great but am dealing with an acne problem now. Not severe but annoying enough. I didn't know that the kidneys are responsible for hormones too so this might be a factor. Hopefully, my skin is just getting used to the changes.

Could be your body naturally detoxing after having been on it for so long. That will cause acne. Drink tons of water, that will help somewhat. It should go away.
