what is this? Im taking effexor xr 150mg, but it doesnt seem to work. What would be the benefit of adding this other drug??

any advice appreciated.

You are maybe taking a drug that is not working for you or you are on a dose that is too low.

Well, you answered this yourself

However, if you have no response from effexor you might discuss with your pdoc to maybe quit effexor.
