Hi there ... Been through loads and loads of ADs and really want to try Wellbutrin, but it isn't prescribed in UK except for smoking cessation (and I don't smoke). I'm happy to buy online, but does anyone know of a website that ships to UK without prescription and is a reasonable price?
I feel like bupropion is my last hope ...

A decent doc will prescribe you the zyban, it is called off label prescribing and is perfectly legal for them to do.
Presumably you have had reboxetine?
It ain't easy over here in the uk is it?Glenn

I haven't had Reboxetine - am under the impression that Wellbutrin has fewer side effects - do you think that's misguided??!!
Have done the whole SSRI gamut, venlafaxine, mirtazapine, moclobemide.
Currently on Cipralex but very very flat and disconnected.

Dugs are unpredictable sadly, for example valium makes me very much more anxious whereas xanax is a dream (for me!!)
The people I know who have had zyban found it activating but not bad enough to stop it, but then again this was for smoking cessation.
Cipralex is I presume what our american friends call lexapro, ssris can for some people have a flattening, emotion squashing effect, but then again if you are in an awful depression this can be a blessing.
Moclobemide by the way is a reversible maoi, not an ssri.
Iwould suggest you start a new post describing your major symptoms and asking for ideas, the people on here are great but they do need a bit more information to work on.
Reboxetine works on noradrenaline rather than serotonin and I guess is the "ssri" equivalent of gamanil/ lofepramine and old trycyclic.Good luck
Glenn
