I'm new to this site, but I am learning a lot from it. Thanks so much everyone. My psychiatrist (who I happen to love hopelessly!!) has just increased my dose of Effexor up to 300 mg per day. Does this make me a freak?
I am also on Topamax, Risperdal and Salmon Oil and Omega 3 fatty oil.

I've seen 375-450ish used more than once.

Thank you both so much. That does make me feel a lot better. I haven't seen any mention of Risperdal and Seroquel anywhere. Is anybody on them?

i am on seroquel 100mg a day for bipolar II. you might want to try a search for the most recent thread for those drugs. good luck.
