Dilantin- I just want to know if anyone has personal experience with it. I am thinking of trying it. I'd like to know more though. If it quiets the negative internal chatter then I'm interested.
I'm hoping somebody can give me some firsthand information.

I want to hear from all those people who have read the Dryphus book/article about Dilantin and taken it. How do you take it, doses and timming? How long does it take to work? How'd you like it? Any other information you can give me?

I want to try Dylantin and I don't have any any experience or ideas about dosages and how long it takes to work. Has nobody tried it? Good? Bad?

Hello Henry,
I'm sorry I never saw this post before now. I was doing a search and found it.
Anyhow YES I TAKE DILANTIN! I'm taking as a mood stabiliser. I take 100 mg at night. To be honest, I don't know if it working. I'm bipolar and so that is why I am taking it. I'm still going manic while taking it, so perhaps I need to be on a higher dosage. I've tried everything else.
Anyhow, I haven't had any negative side effects from it. It doesn't make me sleepy or hyper.
I hope this helps, even if I am answering your question almost two months later!
