do people find celexa increases how long you sleep?
i am sleeping 12 - 14 hours on only 2.5 mg of zyprexa and 60 mg celexa, i'm starting to wonder if it's the celexa (2.5mg zyprexa can't have that much of an effect can it?)
or could the stimulants i'm taking be leaving me worn out when they wear off?
hmmmmmmm

Yes, It could possibly be the Celexa
When you combine a serotonin reputake inhibitor like celexa with a 5ht2a blocking drug like risperdal, you can really get a strong sleep enhancing drug. Celexa, by itself can make you drowsy.

I said risperdal, but I meant zyprexa

when I started taking Celexa I noticed that I went to bed sooner and sleept just as late. When I took Celexa mid day I got very drowsy.
Do your stimulants wear off quickly? My Wellbutrin works somewhat in the morning still if I take lots of them and one in the evening. If I take it when I go to bed I have no problem getting up early.

You could try either prozac or zoloft, these seem to be more stimulating that celexa is.

I take celexa at night and I have no problems getting up, I get any where between 6.30am-9am.
When I took prozac I couldn't sleep which was nasty, cos the worst thing in the world is insomnia!!!
I guess its different for all people...
