HI all,
I have always got really glazed eyes when I get headaches over my LHS eye.
I was wondering if anyone has ever had glazed eyes and if it means anything to them..like too much noradrenaline? or too much dopamine or too much adrenaline, or serotonon or too little X?..or even if they get too high on any meds and get glazed eyes.
I'm just fishing for an answer that may fit

Too little or too much are not really what is happening, your system is always in ballance.
Could you describe "glazed eyes" a little more

Not sure how one describes glazed eyes. ..like you have a think clear shiny coating on them. Some people with high temperatures have "glazed eyes"...well like that , but probably a thicker, not so thin coat of "clear". Also often slighlty reddened for first few days, sometimes red veins , then wears off so mostly just glazed..lasts a week altogether.
It is definitely saying something is out of whack, and I just wondered if anyone else ever ha had these "glazed" eyes and if they figured out what caused them

Hmmm, a one sided headache ? Front or back ?
Any vision changes, do you know when they are about to happen, the light bother you (too bright) or
nausea prior to headache ? These are signs of a migrane, vision changes are common with them.

I know its a sign of migraine. This was a very mild one. I get wiped out with a migraine for 3 days usually...but the glazed eyes continue after for a few days, as does the fatigue recovery..also I sometimes get the glazed eyes and fatigue without the migraine these days.
I "think" I triggered it when I upped the tyrosine and took extra selenium, zinc etc..but I'm not certain. It may have just been a coincidence.
I just thought if folks on medications like , say, a norepiphrine reuptake inhibitor, noticed they got "glazed eyes" when their dose was too high..then that would be a good direction to look in ....etc
Doesn't look like anyone gets them from meds?
