i don't have much experience w/ NADH or tyrosine, but here's a post session on rhodiola done recently.

I've tried these both recently. RE: The L-Tyrosine, I followed the advice in "Depression free for life naturally" for those with thyroid-associated depression. Except that I started a little too high; I would suggest starting at a low dose and working upwards.
I would suggest similar caution with NADH. When I tried it, it helped a lot with reduction of muscle fatigue but was a bit over-energizing after a while.
