After I ate an entire pan of brownies last week, I dedicided that I shouldn't have chocolate in the house at all. What a nice surprise, then at 3 am this morning, to dig through the cupboards and find a full jar of hot fudge sauce (especially tasty when you dip a spoonful of peanut butter in the hot fudge sauce). I'm not proud, but that's what happened. LOL.
Yes, does anyone know how to deal with this craving, and does it ever lessen? Maybe we should start our own support list, "Psycho-chocos"?

Confuse your palate and your brain - eat a sour pickle.

So, does anyone have any solutions or ideas on how to deal with certain food cravings produced by Nardil?
I can't stop eating chocolate and carbs.

I can ingest an entire large size Hershey bar in about 3 minutes! Then wash it down with a 16oz cup of strong coffee. Thank you Nardil!

For some reason I thought chocolate was one of the foods you need to avoid with when on an MAOI... maybe I got that wrong?
