I was told that vitamin B complex tablets can help with anxiety. It can't hurt to try, so I will, but wondering if anyone else has heard this or has any experience.
Also, I'm wondering if there are foods/nutrients I am lacking in my diet that might help with anxiety or depression. Surely diet has an effect on my mental state.
Any comments?

Hi, I have been experimenting with B complex as well over the last six month. I have found it has an extremely powerful effect, almost like an amphetimine for me. I have always been a coffee junky but when taking B, I can't tolerate the effect of coffee and feel incredibly nervous. Wierd how our bodies react differently.
