I just want to thank all of you! The other evening I was at a VERY bad spot. Hit a low I hadn't felt in a long time. I am new to this site, it was my first time here and I just happened upon it while doing a search on Effexor. Well, I came across noa's report on the dent she had made that day (congratulations by the way) and the smile broke, by Phil's reply I had belly laughs going, and followed the thread down. You all seem like a very supportive group, which is what I need right now.
Thanks for pulling me out of something that could have developed in to not just a big hole, but the ultimate crater.
Bye the way, although it was prompted by a relative hitting town, I did get up and clean the house after weeks of "unsanitary conditions." I relate to you all. Today I filed unemployment over the web. These little things right now may be small but really do give some sense of accomplishment when you're in this state. Any tricks to pull myself further over the hurdles is always welcome.

Glad to hear you found this site. I was doing a med search and stumbled across this site about two years ago. Took me awhile to get the nerve up to post, but here I am. Welcome.

This place IS great, isn't it? They have pulled me through some horrible times too. I'm glad you are feeling a bit better. It does seem to help when you can get something accomplished, even though it is small. But at the time it isn't small at all, it's a big accomplishment, I can relate. Hang in there, every day will get better. Glad to have you here with us!
This is the end of the thread.
