I was just curious to see if anybody has found anything to counter act the tiredness from AD's or benzos? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The only thing that worked for me to counter the fatigue was time. A smaller dose may help if the med is still effective. Good luck.

Hi John! Beyond taking the AD at night, which I am sure you have already tried, I have a few ideas. Liquid multi-vitamins and minerals (Buried Treasure is a great brand) and these energy packets called "Emergen-C" (which is high vitamin C, B vitamins and electrolytes, which fizz in water) really seem to give you a lift if taken first thing in the morning. They are available at the health food store. The liquid runs about $15.00 per bottle (about a months supply) and the packets run about $10.00 (again, a months supply).
