what was the quickest time frame you swtiched from any antidepressant to Nardil or Parnate?
i have 5 days under my belt.
also what to look out for if the switch is to qucik? serotonin syndrome? been off zoloft for 2 weeks and remeron for 5 days. remeron has no affinity for 5ht1.

Five days was the shortest washout period I ever took from a non-MAOI to MAOI. (I once waited only two days before switching from Marplan to Parnate.)

The serotonin syndrome would be the thing to watch out for, yes. (It has been reported with MAOI-Remeron combinations.)
