I have been on effexxor xr75 for over 1 year it works
well for anger management but i have experienced weight gain and some loss of sexual desire. Can anyone
reccomend an alternative. please reply on the message board. your suggestions are valuable

How much weight have you gained?
If it is not significant, try to add exercise and
cutting out bread, pasta and sugar.

Yes, Effexor has caused weight gain and NO dieting and exercise don't help. There are a number of threads on the board about this. Jay just started a good one about weight gain from AD medication.Go back a week or two and you're bound to see a thread about Effexor and weight gain.
