Is it possible to lose weight gained from lith? I've heard conflicting things -- some people say that it can be lost, others say that it is a metabolic side effect that renders loss of weight impossible. What is the truth?

That's interesting, I haven't heard as many complaints of weight gain with Lithium as I have with Depakote...perhaps you can add some buproprion or topiramate to your regimen to kill your appetite.
