dosage general principle

Hi everyone,

When we take a combination of two AD, one acting more on 5HT the other more on NE,
Do we have to take half dosage of each to have the whole effect on depression, or full dosage of each ?

Add the new one slowly and as the new one goes up reduce the other one. Reduction of 1/3
is a good rule of thumb, I read. Many AD's effect
how quiclky your body clears the other.
