hi. i started taking luvox five weeks ago to treat depression and experienced sexual disfunction (low libido). my doctor has now prescribed trazodone alongside the luvox this week. would anyone that has been (or is on) this combo let me know how they are doing. thanks deena

Deena - The sexual dysfunction is one of those side effects of SSRIs for which there is no answer. Various things have been tried (eg adding Wellbutrin or yohimbine or Viagra or a tad of Serzone), but nothing that works universally in everyone. Give the trazodone a shot, as it is similar to Serzone, and may return you to your normal (lustful?) self again. Give it up to a month before you give up on it. Keep us posted on your progress.
