Terry,
Just type in "Serzone" in any good search engine. You should be able to find quite a bit of info about this drug. Also, there's plenty of Serzone discussions on this Board, so feel free to learn and participate, if you haven't already.

Dr. Bob has good mental health links (see top of this page--"links"). I personally like internet mental health (it is listed in his links). Also, check out his "tips" page, which gives you exchanges among pdocs, and you can put in a search about serzone. Keep in mind, if you do this, though, that the "tips" site has not been updated in a long time. I think a lot of the discussion about serzone there is from before it was being used widely.

You will likely experience good sleep and good sex. You will likely wake with a hangover feeling that goes away after a coffee or two. Other than that, we all respond so differently depending on our unique chemistries.
In general I have heard that when you increase doses in small steps (25mg-50mg) at a time, about a week apart, results and side effects are better. Some doctors who have good success with Serzone think that the textbook dosing schedule is too aggressive, resulting in troublesome side effects and all kinds of adverse reactions. Serzone is finicky. The best management I've heard yet is to go slow and low, increasing in small increments.
