i started out with prozac, had anxiety problems so doc switched to wellbutrin, to start i was taking 1 10 mil prozac in morning then 1 150 sr at dinner, started feeling great, had energy and was relaxed after 5 days i went to 2 150 sr a day, and off prozac, take one in morning and one at dinner, well now i wake up shaky and feel anxious, at night i sleep about 4 or 5 hours then wake up, sometimes can't go back to sleep, now it has only been 4 days at 150 sr, and i know the prozac stays in system, think it will go away.

James here...

See if your doc will let you take your PM dose as early as possible to avoid sleep problems. It is possible you can take all the Wellby at one, like in the AM.

Wellbutrin is an activating antidepressant so you have to be careful with experiencing agitation and insomnia. I was told to space the doses out by a at least 6-8 hours.

I don't think the Prozac is having any effect on the new symptoms. It probably is the Wellbutrin, so call your doc and see what he/she wants you to do. I would think a lower is warranted.

Good luck...
