no life outside of me?

I get this feeling sometime that there is no life outside of me, that every one I see is fake.
I feel like i am the only existence in the world. I have psychosis . Does anyone else feel the same? I need therapy or something to help me realize that life is individualized. Maybe there is life outside of me.
