Don't ya want to know what happened in my session?

HeeHee. Yes! The first thing he said was so I see you are working out! Like HA HA HA! I said so do you stalk all your clients down long dark hallways? He said he wasn't sure it was me so when he was ready for his run he decided to take a closer look. I told him it totally shocked me because I had no idea he was there or even worked out there. Then I asked him if it bothers him I am there. He said no, in fact a couple of past clients work out there too. He said he always lets the client make the first move at a conversation to protect their privacy. As long as we don't do therapy, casual talk is okay.
Then he went on to say that if a client shared a locker room and shower, now that would be uncomfortable for him. lol
Then I said, so we can't do therapy in the hottub? He said no, that wouldn't be a good idea. He knew I was joking, and laughed but it did turn him a little red! He is so cute when this happens! lol
So all and all, I think this experience helped our therapy relationship. Plus it is nice to know when I am done with therapy, I will still be able to see him and even have a casual conversation with him. So our goodbye might not be forever.
It was nice topic of how exercise helps mental health and he is a believer in it. He said a lot of people might not need a pill for depression if they just exercised. I think my T is so cool! ( and has nice legs) lol
