I can't think of any important direct action between serotonin and acetylcholine, or olanzapine and acethylcholine (though it does block some muscarinic receptors. The TCAs do that too). The 5ht2 block is probably more responsible for mood lifting, but d2 might help deaden things too. both are part of the weight gain effect.
