I didn't use Mucuna in the end. My idea was to increase dopamine and noradrenaline. I eventually went for the safer option of taking L-tyrosine. which at 3500mg has done so far nothing at all to improved my depression with low motivation features. I will probably increase further l-tyrosine up to 7-8g per day and if doesn't work I will ditch agomelatine and try reboxetine with l-tyrosine.
I am pretty f*ck*d up mentally at the moment...I'd love to find something that works.
